Is RABT an official WhatsApp product?
No. RABT is an independent sales platform. It opens WhatsApp using official wa.me links, and can connect to the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API with your own credentials. We never use unofficial automation.
Does it work fully in Arabic?
Yes. The entire interface, quotations, PDFs and emails are available in Arabic with a native right-to-left layout, and you can switch to English at any time.
Is pricing per user?
No. Pricing is per company. Starter is $29/month for up to 3 users and Business is $49/month for up to 10 users.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. White-labelling is included on every plan — your logo, colours and company name appear across the app, quotations and emails.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file, map your columns, preview the result, and import. It is part of the onboarding flow.
What happens after the free trial?
You get 14 days free. Add a payment method before it ends to keep your workspace active. Your data is retained if you subscribe later.
