Set up your workspace
What happens in the setup steps after you sign up, and what you can change later.
When you create your RABT account, a short setup opens before you see your workspace. The owner or an admin completes it. Every step can be changed later in Settings, and every step except the company name can be skipped.
The setup steps
- Company — your company name, and its Arabic name if you have one.
- Country & currency — the currency you usually quote in. It becomes the default for new quotations.
- Language — Arabic or English for your workspace. Each person can still switch language at any time.
- Industry — what your company trades in.
- Pipeline — the stages your deals move through. Rename them to match how you sell.
- Invite your team — add your colleagues' email addresses. See Invite your team.
- Bring in your data — import your customers, then your products, then your sales history.
- Ready — choose Go to Home.
Why sales history matters at setup
Commercial Memory and customer Signals are built from your past orders. A new workspace with customers and products but no orders has nothing to learn from yet, so importing your sales history is the step that makes RABT useful from day one. Import in this order, so each file can match the one before it:
If your data is in Excel, first save it as CSV UTF-8. You can skip this step and import at any time from Settings → Import & export.
After setup
The last step lists what to do next: open a customer's Buying history, review your Signals, create your first quotation and complete a follow-up.
